“Beautiful little spot. The room was modern yet cozy. WiFi worked perfectly and the air conditioning was self-controlled. The front desk lady was very kind and helped me understand certain phrases I didn’t know, as well as place an uber for me when my phone was acting up. ”

“The room was spacious. However the bathroom was not clean and functional at our arrival, we had to call service to have it fixed. The rooms are also not completely sound guarded. You can actually hear the conversation of the adjacent room. Other than that, nice hotel and good breakfast.”

“The room was clean and had a nice view of the city plus a balcony area. We took our cat on this trip and in the room there was a little bed for the cat and bowls for water and food. So thoughtful and accommodating. It was easy to explore Santiago because everything was nearby from the hotel location - and McDonalds was across the street. Convenient! ”
